This website is hosted by an external service provider (host). Personal data registered on this website are stored at the server of the host, for example IP address, contact requests, meta and communication data contact data, names, website access or other data generated by the website.
The host is used to provide our service to potential and existing customers (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and required to provide our online service offer secure, fast, and efficiently by a professional provider (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
The host will process your data only as far as needed to fulfil his duties.

The website owner takes your privacy very seriously. Your data are kept confidential, processed fairly and lawfully and to the extent required under local law with valid and informed consent.

- If you filed an objection according to Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO, a weighing up between your and our interests has to be made. Until a decision is reached whose interests predominate, you have the right to demand restrictions to process your data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, they must not be processed – apart from their storage – unless your consent or to exercise, defend, or assert legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of sustaining an important public interest of the European Union or one of its member states.
4. Data acquisition on this website

The processing of these data is based on Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, as far as your request is related to contractual or potentially contractual obligations with you. In all other cases the processing of your data are either based on our legitimate interest to efficiently respond to your requests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), or on your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) as far as requested.
We will store these data until you demand their deletion, until you revoke your permission to store, or until our contractual obligations are completed. A deletion of data may be denied as far as we are obliged to keep information by law or regulation (e.g. retention periods).
